Life membership is permanent. Life membership dues are as follows and may be paid in interest-free installments over three years following a minimum $40.00 down payment:

The information will be entered on an official membership application and returned to you within 10 days for signature along with instructions and a stamped addressed envelope for your use in sending your application directly to DAV National Headquarters for processing.
